I am not seeking to dismantle what you have built. The aim is to preserve and strengthen it.
If appropriate, you may remain involved for a defined transition period. The structure can reflect your preferences and the mutual deal agreed to e.g. Advisory Exec Member
All discussions are handled discreetly. NDAs are standard and confidentiality is respected at every stage.

There will be no immediate changes to the existing leadership team upon acquisition. As part of the onboarding process I will spend a huge amount of time with the leadership team to not only understand the business, but who they are, what support & development do they require also.
No two deals are the same, and therefore no exact timelines can be given. The general approach is to move as quickly as viable for all parties to feel comfortable, ideally no longer than 1 year from introduction.
Due to the sensitive nature of the acquisition activity, an NDA will be in place to protect all parties. As the process unfolds joint internal and external communications will be produced to ensure complete clarity.
